Acharya Vidyasagar Public School
Rajdhani Flour Mills, known for the trust placed in our Besan
products, aims to help build an inclusive India by offering quality education to children in
remote areas. We’ve started Acharya Vidyasagar Public School in Madhya Pradesh, focusing on
holistic development to help shape future leaders and provide both academic and personal
growth for these young minds.

Mahavir International Delhi
Rajdhani Flour Mills supports Mahavir International (MI), founded in
1975 to provide medical care to underserved communities. MI runs over 447 centres worldwide,
focusing on eye care. In Delhi, MI operates 6 centres, offering advanced treatments and
medical services, including surgeries and check-ups, while also contributing to social
welfare during emergencies.
CSR Projects Approved by the Board
Emphasizes the importance of community relationships, balancing
economic performance with social and environmental responsibility. The Company strives
to contribute regularly to social and economic development, ensuring the highest
standards of corporate behavior.



CSR Committee
The CSR Committee is responsible for formulating, updating, and
overseeing the CSR Policy. It ensures that CSR projects are implemented and monitored, with a
report submitted annually to the Board.
Responsibilities of Committee
Recommend CSR projects, decide on expenditure, monitor progress, and
ensure activities are executed as per the policy.
Role of the Board
The Board approves the CSR policy, ensures activities are undertaken, and
ensures at least 2% of average net profits are spent on CSR activities annually.
Financial Outlay
The Company allocates a budget annually for CSR projects. Any unused
funds will be carried forward and utilized in the following year. The CSR Committee and Board
disclose reasons for any unspent amounts.
